How you know it is what we say it is
Every bottle leaves here numbered, certified and signed. Nothing is sold without a record of where the wood came from and who distilled it.
The number
Each bottle carries its number out of the total edition, stamped on the back with the mark. Bottle 04 of 12 is the fourth bottle that will ever exist of that distillation.
The certificate
Names the region, the harvest year, the distiller and the yield. It is the same information we publish on the product page, printed and signed.
The signature
Every bottle is signed by hand before it ships. If there is no number and no signature, it did not come from us.
